What we collect

When you create an account, we store your email address and name (if provided via Google sign-in). When you upload an image for enhancement, the image is temporarily stored on our servers for processing.

How we use your data

Your email is used for account authentication and billing communications. Uploaded images are sent to a third-party AI service (Google Gemini) for enhancement processing. We do not use your images for training AI models or any purpose other than delivering the enhancement you requested.

Data retention

Uploaded images and enhanced results are automatically deleted within 1 hour of processing. We do not retain copies of your images beyond this window. Account data (email, subscription status) is retained as long as your account is active.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate PixelUp:

• Convex — database and backend infrastructure
• Google Gemini — AI image enhancement
• Stripe — payment processing
• Google OAuth — optional sign-in provider

Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing their policies for details on how they handle your data.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, all personal data including your email, subscription records, and any remaining stored images will be permanently removed.
