By creating an account or using PixelUp, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

PixelUp is an AI-powered image enhancement service. You upload an image, our system processes it using third-party AI models, and returns an enhanced version. Results vary depending on the input quality and content.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). You may cancel at any time through the billing portal in your Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or exploitative content
• Use the service to generate deepfakes or deceptive media
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the service
• Resell enhanced images as an automated service
• Share your account credentials with others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of images you upload and their enhanced outputs. By uploading content, you grant PixelUp a temporary license to process the image for the sole purpose of delivering the enhancement. We do not claim any rights to your content.

Limitation of liability

PixelUp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or issue arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, inaccurate enhancement results, or service downtime.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
